In this fast-paced world, Businesses are looking for payment solutions that are quick, secure, and efficient are imperative for customer satisfaction, financial security, and business efficiency. Swish is a payment accepting system used by small, medium or large businesses to keep track of there payments, growth of business, transaction security and customers.
The goal is to create a seamless interactive experience for the user by gaining their trust, acknowledging their achievement oriented personality and simplifying the payment/ transaction process.

Approach
Different business faces different challenges. The process started from understanding different business and their client interaction. The major businesses considered here are ones with physical stores, online stores/services and by-order services.
Laying down that user flow showcased different challenges that need to be acknowledged in this product such as saving money, making sense of the data, getting solutions tailored to their success model. This would make the the product as easy as a peer to peer product but as effective as Saas product.
We synthesized the data from User Research and User Flow and discovered Information Architecture to create a seamless process for user.

The onboarding process is simple and small to keep the process time efficient and get maximum information. The process of this payment method will be more personalized depending on the merchant type of business and establishment length.
The purpose of the home page is to give gist about their company performance at a glance and encourage the merchant with positive insights to achieve their set goal and move their business forward.
The navigation bars gives easy access to all transaction, notifications and recieving payment method.

Easily accessible notification center with colour coordinated updates on order, inventory and transactions.

The transaction screen gives merchant access to all the transaction and can filter it out by refunds, expenditure and recurring payments. They information can be as per the custom timeline chosen by the merchant. The transactions can be refunded or edited as well as expenditure can be added.

The QR code can be easy access to recieve payment or source to send payment via NFC. The payment request can be sent via phone number or email with By-order store.

The profile gives access to merchant and business information that can be edited. They can set a goal monthly or early to keep focused and push their business. They can add team member to the account by sending request via message.
